Shipping Area

We currently offer free shipping within the United States, excluding Hawaii, Alaska, Guam, and Puerto Rico. Unfortunately, we do not ship to PO BOXES or APO addresses at this time.




Shipping Time

At HIG ebike, we strive to provide you with the best shopping experience possible. Due to the impact of COVID-19, there may be slight delays in electric bike production. Rest assured, we are working diligently to deliver the e-bikes to our warehouse as soon as possible.



Once the warehouse receives the goods, we will expedite the shipping process to minimize any further delays. Please note that we will not charge your payment until the e-bike is shipped.



Once your order is placed, we will submit it to PayPal or your credit card company, and they will process the payment accordingly. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we apologize for any inconvenience caused by unforeseen circumstances.



Processing

Typically, it takes 1-4 business days for us to process your order. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with the tracking details. We work with trusted carriers such as FedEx to ensure the safe and timely delivery of your e-bike. Please note that any delivery dates provided by HIG are estimates and may be subject to change.


Shipping Changes


If you need to change the shipping address before we provide you with the tracking number, there will be no additional charge.



However, once the package is in transit, a fee of $20 will be applied for successful address changes made through FedEx.



If the package has already been successfully delivered to the original address, a fee of $150 will be charged for any subsequent changes.
